1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and contributing to the NAISAR platform, you agree to these Terms of Contribution. If you do not agree, you may not contribute.
2. License Grant
You retain ownership of your original contributions. However, by submitting content to NAISAR, you grant the NAISAR project a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
- Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish your contributions
- Distribute your contributions as part of the NAISAR framework
- Transfer this license to the Australian Government or its designated authority upon formal adoption
3. Contributor Responsibilities
When contributing to NAISAR, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful information to the best of your knowledge
- Respect the dignity of survivors, offenders, and professionals discussed in the content
- Not submit content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful
- Cite sources where factual claims are made
4. No Financial Compensation
Contributions to NAISAR are voluntary. You acknowledge that you have no claim to financial compensation for your contributions unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Attribution
You will be credited for your contributions through the revision history system. Your username and profile will be associated with edits you make.
6. Core IP Protection
The following remain the intellectual property of the NAISAR Founding Group, held in trust pending statutory establishment, and may not be altered without explicit approval:
- The NAISAR name and brand identity
- The 5-Tier Risk Classification System
- The core scoring methodology
- The HALO device concept and specifications
7. Government Handover
Upon formal adoption by the Australian Government, all licensed contributions will transfer to Crown ownership. Your moral right to attribution will be preserved.
8. Modifications to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Contributors will be notified of material changes and may be required to re-accept the terms.
