Partnerships That Save Lives
NAISAR cannot end domestic violence alone. We are actively seeking partnerships with police, courts, hospitals, NGOs, researchers, and First Nations organisations to turn this framework into living, accountable infrastructure.
Why Partner With NAISAR?
One National Playbook
Every jurisdiction uses different risk assessment tools, response protocols, and escalation thresholds. NAISAR provides a single, evidence-based framework that reduces inconsistency — the single biggest reason survivors fall through gaps.
Clinical Integration
Emergency departments, GPs, and mental health services need standardised screening questions, referral pathways, and documentation standards. NAISAR provides these as a living document — updated as evidence evolves.
Shared Data, Shared Learning
Universities and research institutes can embed evaluation protocols directly into the framework. Outcomes are measured at the point of practice, not years later in a journal nobody reads.
Self-Determined Frameworks
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women are 34 times more likely to be hospitalised for DV. NAISAR is committed to Aboriginal-led governance — not consultation, but control over what frameworks apply to their communities.
Partnership Roadmap
Expression of Interest
Organisations register interest via the intake form. We review within 5 business days and schedule an initial conversation about shared goals and capabilities.
Co-Design Phase
Working groups formed by sector (police, health, courts, NGOs, First Nations). Each group identifies integration points, data needs, and cultural safety requirements.
Pilot Integration
Selected partners trial NAISAR integration in live environments. Outcomes are measured against baseline data. Feedback loops update the framework in real-time.
National Scale
Framework adopted as national standard. Ongoing evaluation through embedded outcome measurement. Annual public reporting on what works, what doesn't, and what's changing.
Our Commitments
Governance Framework
How decisions are made, who has authority, and how the framework evolves through consensus, not decree.
First Nations Protocol
Aboriginal-led governance, not consultation. Self-determined frameworks for Indigenous communities.
Outcomes & Evaluation
We commit to measuring what matters — survivor safety, perpetrator accountability, and system coordination.
